Beating Hip Pain: How Emily Got Back to Running with Pulse PEMF
My name is Emily and I'm a runner. During the day I'm at a desk job, so I sit a lot, and then as a hobby I do a lot of running and work out here at the gym.
I first heard about the Pulse chair when I was attending a fitness class. I mentioned to Shayla that I was having some pain deep in my hip. They had just gotten the chair, I didn't know about it yet, and she said, "You need to come in and sit on the chair and we're going to do it right now."
I had a session on the chair and I felt better very quickly for the rest of the day. It's hard to describe - it almost felt like I'd been given a shot of endorphins. The next day, I was able to run with less pain. I did three more sessions over the course of the next two weeks and the pain in my hip diminished dramatically. I'm so glad I was open-minded to trying something that could bring me relief.
