Join the Madness!  Each week offers something new and surprising, be prepared to use body bars, Swiss balls, dumbbells and even your own body weight.  Time to burn     calories and build muscle!  All fitness levels welcome

 

5:30pm to 6:10pm  Spin / Interval Hybrid

This 35-40 minute class is spin-based, combining strength and cardio intervals.  Different every week, come shake things up with us!  Suitable for all fitness levels.  Our mantra is: "Do what you can, the best you can, as long as you can."  Come surprise yourself!

 

Tuesday

6:00am to 6:40am  Adrenaline Cycle 

Experience the ride of your life.  This low-impact cycling workout is designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness and maximize caloric burn by incorporating interval based drills, visualization, and effective coaching techniques.  A great workout for those who would like to lose body fat or maintain a lean physique.

 

5:30pm to 6:00pm High Intensity Circuit Training (H.I.C.T.)

Involves combining both cardio and resistance training in the same workout!  Alternates upper and lower body moves as well as high-intensity and lower-intensity exercises.  Station work will challenge your whole body, and boast better weight loss results in less time.

5:30pm to 6:30pm Zumba

Exercise in Disguise.  An energizing dance fitness class featuring Latin and Pop music.  A total calorie burning workout, featuring easy-to-follow moves in interval training sessions with fast and slow rhythms, stretching, and most importantly FUN!

 

Wednesday

9:00am to 10:00am  Yoga

Designed for every body.  Improve your flexibility and increase your strength with this perfect blend of stretching, movement, balance, and coordination.  Bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and towel!

 

5:30pm to 6:15pm  PiYo 

A low-impact, high intensity workout that combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of Yoga.  Designed to build strength and increase flexibility; this is an ideal format for any level of fitness, from beginners to advanced.  Bring your Yoga mat, water bottle, and towel.

 

Thursday

9:00am to 9:45am Young at Heart

A great class the beginner, or those with age, weight, physical limitations, or those looking for an easy to follow cardio workout.  This class includes basic moves such as grapevines, hamstring curls, knee lifts, and V-steps.  No hard moves, just a lot of fun!

 

Saturday

9:00am to 9:35am   Free Cross Training Class

Free to anyone 18+ yrs old.  This is a 40 minute, kick-butt, cross training class designed to torch calories and strengthen your whole body. This workout may include stations, Tabatas, ect. Come prepared to hit the ground running!
